On September 14th, the Group Company held a kick-off meeting of "Striving for 100 Days to Guarantee 100 Billion" Meritorious Service Competition in market development. The conference earnestly conveyed the spirit of MCC"s marketing work conference, and a letter of responsibility for the objectives of the Meritorious Service Competition was signed. Fan Jintian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered a mobilization speech, and Xu Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, presided over the conference. Members of the Group Company"s leadership team in Shanghai, non-team senior executives, heads of all functional departments, heads of all units in Shanghai and various leaders in charge attended the conference on the spot, and relevant personnel of companies outside Shanghai attended the conference via video.

At the conference, Fan Jintian conveyed the spirit of the speech delivered by Chairman Chen Jianguang of MCC at the marketing conference of "Fighting for 100 Days to Guarantee the Victory of the Year"; Xu Li conveyed the spirit of the speech delivered by Vice President Zhu Guangxia of MCC; Feng Zhifeng, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, announced the Notice on Launching the "Striving for 100 Days to Guarantee 100 Billion" Meritorious Service Competition in Market Development. Ji Zhunan, Director of Marketing Department, reported the completion of marketing tasks from January to August 2022.

Moreover, seize the key elements to gain an upper hand in the market. I. Take advantage of the development chance of government projects, seize all business opportunities driven by government investment, closely follow the national policy-supported industries, and keep abreast of the dynamics in new energy, emerging industries, medical care, new rural construction and other fields. II. Attach importance to important customers, continuously exert the "5+1" market layout, consolidate the fundamental strength, seize the key links, and achieve the rolling development. III. Lay emphasis on public bidding projects, investment and financial construction projects and capital platform projects. II. Guarantee safety and corporate reputation, reinforce quality construction, and do well in risk prevention and control. III.
